Dr. Karen Salzman is a Professor of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. She serves as the Neuroradiology Section Chief and was the former University of Utah Neuroradiology fellowship director for 20 years. She is a neuroradiologist with areas of clinical expertise including imaging of patients with brain, spine and head and neck tumors. She is also the co-author of many neuroradiology imaging textbooks including: Diagnostic Imaging: Brain, Expert DDx: Brain & Spine and Osborn’s Brain: Imaging, Pathology, and Anatomy.
