Dawn Behr-Ventura, MD, MPH obtained a medical degree from SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. After an internship year in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Roosevelt/St. Lukes Hospital Center, she completed a residency in Radiology at Nassau County Medical Center, as well as a two-year fellowship, in Neuroradiology and a one-year Body/Breast fellowship at North Shore University Hospital. In addition, Dr. Behr-Ventura also completed a Nuclear Medicine fellowship at Emory University. She is double boarded in both Nuclear Medicine and Radiology, with a CAQ in Neuroradiology. Dr. Behr-Ventura has an interest in applying her varied skill sets towards improving system related issues of efficiency.
