Becker Jennifer

Jennifer Becker attended medical school at the University of Nottingham in England. The majority of her surgical and radiology training were also at the University of Nottingham where she completed her 2-year diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology fellowship. She was appointed as a Consultant Radiologist at St Mary’s Hospital, Imperial College NHS Trust, London; a position she held for 7 years prior to moving to the USA. She has recently been appointed as an Associate Professor at Emory School of Medicine, and has previously served as Senior Associate Consultant at Mayo Clinic, Arizona, and as an Associate Professor and section chief of neuroradiology at the University of Arizona. Her research interests include MRI imaging in stroke and perfusion imaging. She enjoys teaching and has been an invited lecturer at ASNR, ASSR, ARRS and WNRS. She has recently served as President of the Western Society of Neuroradiology and serves on committees at ASNR, ASSR, ACR and WNRS. She is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and Board Certified with CAQ in Neuroradiology.
